We had a lovely one-night stay celebrating our anniversary. We were greeted by Benji who made us feel welcome and we enjoyed the complimentary wine at the lobby. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the musical entertainment at the onsite restaurant and our desserts. We also appreciated the fact that we enter through the mall. My only comment would be to ensure that the breakfast options are expanded and can easily accommodate to people with dietary restrictions. We will definitely stay here again!

The Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner is an outstanding hotel that delivers everything you expect from the Ritz-Carlton brand—elegance, comfort, and exceptional service. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a staff that truly goes above and beyond. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Tysons with easy access to shopping, dining, and everything the area has to offer. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with classic, sophisticated décor and a calm, luxurious feel throughout. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered, from the plush bedding to the high-end amenities. The dining options and service throughout the hotel are top-notch as well.

I've stayed here at least 3 times and have often wondered where the line is that makes this an RC. Is it the crown molding? The extra bathroom amenities? The Nespresso machine? The ornate lobby? The bones of this hotel are really nothing special. The service is pleasant but doesn't go the extra mile. I find the restaurant pricing oddly reasonable. It's a perfectly lovely stay and generally at a comparatively low price point. Go in with reasonable expectations and it's a fine time.

This review applies to its lounge bar only. Service was quick and friendly. I do not know the name of the live music band (a female singer and a male pianist) played very diverse music, to make an entertaining evening. Drinks/food prices are leaning toward the higher end, but nothing outrageous. The crowd was for the most part alive and ready to have a blast. Our party had a great night....!

Enjoyed a weekend getaway from DC here with my wife for her birthday. Pros: - Great restaurant for brunch and dinner, live music. - Connection to Galleria is very convenient. - Ambiance in lobby, spa, and ballrooms is superb. Cons: - Service is a bit lacking, with long wait lines at front desk, no welcome gift or water bottles in the room - Staff did not credit us $60 for breakfast as was gauranteed. Had to argue after receiving the bill to get it back. - No special gifts for being our first stay or being wife's birthday. Didn't expect any, but it would have been a nice touch.

From the moment we arrived at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner, the experience felt exceptional. The staff greeted us warmly, handled check-in with genuine professionalism, and made us feel like our stay actually mattered. The lobby is beautiful without feeling overdone, and everything from the lighting to the floral arrangements gives the hotel that classic Ritz atmosphere. You can tell immediately that the service culture here is on a different level. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and extremely quiet — exactly what we were hoping for. The bedding was luxurious, the bathroom had plenty of space, and the small details they pay attention to really elevate the stay. Even the hallways smell clean and well-maintained, which is something I wish more hotels would take seriously. Housekeeping was consistent and thoughtful throughout our stay, and anything we requested was handled quickly. It’s rare to find a hotel where every department seems to take pride in doing things the right way. The location is another major perk. Being attached to Tysons Galleria makes everything incredibly convenient. Whether we wanted dinner, shopping, or just a place to walk around without going outside, it was all right there. The hotel’s restaurants and bar had great service as well, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and upscale without feeling pretentious. We left feeling rested, well taken care of, and genuinely impressed. If you're visiting the area and want a stay that feels smooth, elegant, and memorable, The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner is absolutely worth it.

Staff were stellar: friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Room was mostly clean, but bathroom was dated and lights weren't working properly. Had to have moldy shower curtain replaced. Every elevator art piece had black stains all over them; couldn't tell if it was scuffs (off because they were even up high) or mold. Location is fantastic, especially when the weather is harsh because you can easily walk to restaurants or entertainment. Restaurant meal was good but not on par with the $400 bill for two and a child. Parking is off of an awkward, almost creepy parking structure with subtle but not cleaned space that give you "secret society" and "murder house" vibes simultaneously. Overall, it's a perculiar, contrasting experience that leaves you wishing you liked it more, but unable to fully relax. Especially as a mom, when I holiday, I want it to feel like an upgrade from being at home—or at least as comfortable. We'd probably give it another try, but we've also had better staycations at the Williard and Waldorf.

This hotel is right off of the main highway that connects Northern Virginia to Washington D.C. and the Delmarva beaches. The main restaurant in the hotel is fantastic. All of our food was amazing and in served in large portions relative to the price of the meals. All of the staff were very kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to meet all my needs and wants. There was a happy child in the corner of the room nearby my table, and many of the staff went to greet the family and welcome the baby to their hotel. I felt great sitting in the restaurant because there were some people who were very formally dressed having afternoon tea, and others very casually dressed like myself and my parents enjoying the atmosphere with smiles and laughs. I was up most of the night, so I ordered room service at some point. The man in glasses and tattoos who served me in my room was very kind and wanted to make sure I had everything I needed before leaving, and I greatly appreciated his respectfulness. In the morning after, I went to the lobby and someone’s phone alarm was going off for a while. I was visibly upset, and the man turned off his phone alarm and came up to me. He seemed like he was deeply concerned, and I wish I could apologize to him. Overall, I think I will be stopping at this hotel more often on my way to the beach. People there make you feel good.
